well, i have some major blogging catch-up to do, and i think i will start with sharing one of the many benefits of being a member of my family. it's lisa. she's fantastic. super creative, ultra caring and an out-of-this-world cook.we celebrated 4 birthdays in the month of december and these are some pictures of her yummy birthday desserts. and of course the birthday boys and girls get their treat of choice. this time we had snickerdoodles, german chocolate cake, fudge/brownie cake with sprinkles on top, and watermelon.

Boy do I miss Lisa's cooking! I am pretty sure I'm coming in april for the second sunday dinner! So plan on it!
